Free delivery via Royal Mail 48 Tracked when you spend £40 or more.
Free mainland UK courier delivery via DPD available when you spend £80 or more.
Despatch Time
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them. During peak mail order periods (for instance, Christmas or other promotional activities) this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible. All our coffees are roasted to order

All orders over 2 kg will be sent free of charge (Royal Mail or DPD). Orders over 5 kg will be sent via DPD tracked delivery free of charge.
Delivery Policy Ireland
We ship within The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland using An Post.
Please always make sure you provide your full contact details, including name, address,
reachable phone number and eircode to ensure An Post can deliver to you.
When will my order dispatched?
We dispatch orders with An Post daily, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
Orders placed before 3pm are sent to An Post that day and the majority of these orders
are delivered on the next business day. Please allow extra time in busy periods or areas
of the country where An Post may be experiencing delays. .
Tracked Delivery Fee: €6.00

International Shipping
We ship worldwide and shipping is calculated at checkout. Please allow extra time
delays when shipping internationally to allow goods to process through many countries
internal laws for checking and scanning export/import products.
EU Shipping Worldwide
The shipping fee and delivery time will depend on where you like to ship the product.

What happens if I’m out or away when my delivery arrives?
Like most deliveries you would receive we strongly urge you to consider putting an
address that will make it easy to find you. Couriers are meant to call you if they are
having trouble locating you, so please leave your contact number when filling in delivery
details at checkout.
